• 5+ years of Channel Management or Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach assigned Channel Managers and set monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Leverage MSI tools to manage progress and performance.
• Grow the channel partner led opportunities and pipeline.
• Develop and execute business plans with internal and partner teams.
• Anticipate channel needs and align with MSI video/security portfolio.
• Build relationships across channel partners and influencers.
• Lead marketing, service and supply-chain initiatives benefiting MSI and partners.
• Represent channel perspective to MSI ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
