Job summary

Rubrik, Inc. is seeking a Channel Development Manager to grow and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across MI, OH, and KY. You will collaborate with Rubrik's Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to achieve sales goals.

In this role, you will drive partner enablement, pipeline generation, and account planning, coordinating with Rubrik staff to qualify opportunities and close deals with partner support.

Qualifications

• Experience with regional channel partners or distributors.
• Ability to plan quarterly and yearly sales activities.
• Ability to implement marketing plans and coordinate activities.
• Proven track record in growing channel partnerships and closing deals with Rubrik account teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships between Rubrik and regional/national channel partners in the Ohio Valley.
• Drive partner enablement, sales acceleration, and pipeline generation.
• Arrange partner meetings to qualify accounts and opportunities for Partner Initiated Deals.
• Lead partner trainings and host events for partners and end-customers.
