Job summary
US Signal in Minnesota is seeking a Regional Channel Manager to build and execute a partner strategy across the region. You will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth, recruiting distributors, MSPs, and advisory partners to bring US Signal’s solutions to market.
Work with sales and solutions teams to identify opportunities, enable partners with training and joint planning, and track performance through CRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of channel sales, partner management, or quota-carrying experience in technology, telecom, cloud, or managed services
- Proficiency with CRM, pipeline, and forecasting tools; Salesforce preferred
- Ability to travel regularly within the region and occasionally beyond it
Responsibilities
- Build the regional partner strategy and execute a plan for partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture distributors, agents, advisors, MSPs, and other partners
- Coordinate with sales/solutions to move partner-sourced opportunities through the sales cycle
- Deliver partner enablement programs including training, planning, and marketing initiatives
- Track channel performance via CRM, forecasting, and partner health assessments
