Job summary
US Signal seeks a Regional Partner Manager to own partner strategy across WI, MN, or IL. You will recruit and develop distributors, agents, and MSPs, manage partner-sourced pipeline, and drive revenue growth by coordinating with sales and solutions teams.
You will enable partners through training and joint marketing initiatives, while tracking performance and maintaining CRM-driven insights. Travel within the region is expected.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of channel sales or partner management in technology, telecom, cloud, or managed services
- Experience with indirect-sales partners such as distributors, agents, or MSPs
- Proficiency with CRM, pipeline, and forecasting tools; Salesforce preferred
- Ability to travel regularly within the region and occasionally beyond it
- Knowledge of mission alignment and strategic awareness
Responsibilities
- Build the regional partner strategy to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture technology distributors, agents, advisors, MSPs, and other partners
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to identify opportunities and move partner-sourced deals
- Deliver partner enablement programs including training, marketing, events, and reviews
- Track channel performance via CRM, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
