Job summary
US Signal is seeking a Regional Partner Manager to build and run our partner strategy in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Illinois. You will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth and recruit and develop technology distributors, agents, advisors, and MSPs who bring US Signal’s solutions to market.
You will work closely with our sales and solutions teams, be accountable for assigned sales objectives, and drive enablement, training, and joint planning with partners to ensure successful
Qualifications
- Proven success recruiting partners and generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Experience with technology distributors, agents, MSPs, or comparable indirect-sales partners.
- Proficiency with CRM, pipeline, and forecasting tools; Salesforce preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build the regional partner strategy.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with technology distributors, agents, advisors, managed service providers, referral partners, and other strategic channel partners.
- Win deals with sales and solution teams to coordinate account strategies and move partner-sourced opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Enable partners through training, planning, marketing initiatives, events, business reviews, and ongoing engagement.
- Manage and optimize performance with CRM management, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and partner health assessments.
