Job summary
US Signal Company, L.L.C. is seeking a Regional Partner Manager to build and run our partner strategy across Iowa, Nebraska, or Colorado.
You will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth, recruiting technology distributors, agents, advisors, and MSPs who bring US Signal's solutions to market. You will work closely with our sales and solutions teams to identify opportunities, coordinate account plans, and move partner-sourced deals through the sales cycle while delivering enablement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience in technology, telecom, cloud, or managed services
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with CRM, pipeline, and forecasting tools; Salesforce preferred
Responsibilities
- Build the regional partner strategy to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture technology distributors, agents, advisors, MSPs, and other partners
- Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to move partner-sourced opportunities through the sales cycle
- Deliver partner enablement programs, including training, planning, marketing initiatives, and events
- Track performance with CRM, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
