Job summary

Dexcom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology, seeks an experienced Global Sales Professional to drive growth and educate healthcare professionals about Dexcom products. You will build strong physician relationships, represent the company at conferences, and execute strategic sales plans to maintain Dexcom as a market leader.

You will collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams, manage regional budgets, and travel as required to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in sales of healthcare products preferred.
• Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations and provide related services to promote Dexcom products to healthcare professionals.
• Educate physicians and nurses on the benefits and details of using Dexcom CGM.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national congresses of diabetes societies.
• Position the company as a market leader in CGM.
• Implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve goals.
• Assume responsibility for the regional budget and controlling expenses.
• Create reports and use sales materials to promote sales.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues and internal teams to achieve company goals.
