Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive CGM adoption across physicians, hospitals, and clinics in the United States. You will lead territory sales efforts, train healthcare professionals, and partner with cross-functional teams to expand Dexcom’s footprint in diabetes care.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related sales experience.
Experience in medical/pharma sales is preferred.
Diabetes knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Influence and support physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products.
Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice.
Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote products.
Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, and sales teams to grow territory sales.
Meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs; use Dexcom analytics tools to monitor progress.
