Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Territory Business Manager in the United States to engage physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other institutions in promoting Dexcom’s CGM solutions. The role emphasizes training healthcare professionals, representing Dexcom at events, and driving territory sales growth across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Experience in medical/pharma sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions to promote Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and exhibits.
• Provide product education to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with market access, trade, government affairs, and sales teams to drive territory growth.
• Strive to meet or exceed territory sales goals and KPIs; monitor progress with analytic tools.
• Complete administrative requirements in a timely fashion.
