Job summary

Dexcom seeks a Territory Business Manager in the United States to drive CGM adoption with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. You will train healthcare professionals, promote Dexcom products, and attend local, regional, and national trade shows to reach a broad diabetes community.

The role requires 5–8 years of related medical/pharma sales experience and a Bachelor's degree. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50–75% are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 5–8 years of related experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel 50–75%
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in medical/pharma sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Influence and support prescribers and HC professionals to prescribe Dexcom products.
Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products.
Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits.
Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, and sales teams to drive territory growth.
Meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs; monitor progress with Dexcom tools.
Complete administrative requirements in a timely fashion.
