Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive CGM product adoption across physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other diabetes care institutions in the assigned US territory. You will train healthcare professionals, attend trade shows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand Dexcom’s market presence.

Travel is substantial (50–75%), and a Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Healthcare or pharma sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Diabetes knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence and support CGM physicians, nurses, and other professionals to prescribe Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and exhibits.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies in the assigned territory.
• Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, and sales teams to grow territory sales.
• Increase Dexcom’s market share and meet district/territory sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress using analytical tools.
• Complete administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management.
