Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before moving to independent regional runs.

Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset, competitive pay including $1,200–$1,300 per week plus per-mile earnings, and a full benefits package after 30 days. Training pay is available for recent grads; day or night driving is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in past 5 years.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer no-touch freight across the Western 11 Region.
• Deliver freight with safety and on-time performance.
• Work with trainer during initial 4–6 weeks before independent runs.
• Maintain logs, fuel, and truck compliance.
