Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes $1,200–$1,300 per week, plus $0.51 per mile, and training pay of $850 per week during the initial weeks. A full benefits package after 30 days covers medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO, with bi-weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL and graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120 hours of instruction.
• No DUIs, felonies, or major incidents in the past 5 years.
• Clean driving record and solid 10-year work history with steady recent employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers with 100% no-touch freight.
• Drive across the Western 11 Region, day or night as required.
• Maintain safe driving practices and meet delivery windows.
