Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers will complete 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes weekly pay, training pay, and full benefits after 30 days. Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset helps maintain balance while gaining hands-on experience on a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets or license suspensions in 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from recent employment for any reason.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps; 6 months in last year, 1 year in last 3 years.
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Run 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region.
• Complete 4–6 weeks OTR training with an experienced trainer before solo operations.
• Operate 53' reefer trailers with safety and compliance.
• Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.
