Job summary
Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in New York to recruit, lead, and coach a high-performing cardiovascular field sales team. You will translate national strategies into region-specific plans, leverage analytics to spot opportunities, and build cohesive teams capable of launching new products successfully.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field is required.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience.
- 3+ years first line sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical field.
Responsibilities
- Translate Strategy to Execution: formulate localized region-level business plans that capitalize on market opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: analyze market data, KPIs and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead CSRs to educate targeted physicians and accounts to achieve business goals.
- Direct CSRs in acquisition, expansion and retention of targeted business in the area.
- Engage and cultivate key accounts to support growth objectives.
