Job summary
Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a Cardiovascular sales team across an assigned market. You will recruit, coach and develop CSR's, translate corporate strategy into regional execution, and use analytics to identify opportunities.
The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel up to 60% to engage physicians and accounts. You will collaborate with FRMs, marketing, and medical affairs to drive performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years first-line sales leadership experience.
- Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into execution with region-level business plans.
- Lead and coach a field sales team of Cardiovascular Representatives.
- Analyze market data and KPIs to drive growth in the region.
- Develop and maintain key accounts to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with FRMs, marketing, compliance and medical affairs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory policies.
