Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales goals while developing a high-performing cardiovascular field sales team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, medical or related sales.
• 3+ years first line sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical field.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with market access/reimbursement highly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60% required.

Responsibilities

• Translate Strategy to Execution: Formulate localized region-level business plans that capitalize on market opportunities and address competitive dynamics.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market data, sales trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and drive accountability.
• Lead a team of Cardiovascular Sales Representatives to educate targeted physicians and accounts to achieve goals.
• Direct CSRs in acquisition, expansion and retention of targeted business within the area.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage key accounts and customers for growth.
• Field Coaching & Mentorship: provide real-time feedback to elevate sales capabilities and product knowledge.
• Attract, coach and retain high performers in selling skills and account management.
• Territory Management: optimize territory resources, budget and performance metrics.
