Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Houston to lead a new field sales team focused on cardiovascular products. You will translate national strategies into region-level plans, coach CSRs, and drive execution across physician and account engagement.

You will leverage analytics and market trends to identify opportunities, build business plans, and ensure compliant, high-performing operations with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field required.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years first-line sales leadership in pharma/biopharma.
• Cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience with market access/reimbursement preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate it effectively.
• Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in competitive environments.
• Solid business acumen and data-driven planning.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into region-level business plans and execution.
• Analyze market data, trends, and KPIs to drive growth and accountability.
• Lead and coach Cardiovascular Sales Representatives to achieve goals.
• Oversee acquisition, expansion, and retention of key accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow business objectives.
• Field coaching and mentorship to elevate capabilities and product knowledge.
• Manage territory, resources, budget, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, marketing, training, compliance, and medical affairs.
