Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. invites an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Cardiovascular Sales Representatives in our Dallas, TX territory.

You will translate strategy into executable regional plans, coach field teams in high-performance selling, and drive growth through data-driven insights and market analytics. You will recruit, develop and retain top sales talent, collaborate with FRMs, marketing and compliance, and travel up to 60% to meet business goals while upholding integrity and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
8+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
3+ years first-line sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical field
Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience preferred
Ability to travel up to 60% and lead a field team

Responsibilities

Translate Strategy to Execution: formulate region-level business plans based on national/area sales strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: analyze market data, KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
Lead a team of Cardiovascular Sales Representatives to educate physicians and accounts.
Direct CSRs in acquisition, expansion, and retention of targets.
Engage key accounts with strategies supporting business objectives.
Field Coaching & Mentorship: provide live feedback to elevate sales capabilities.
Attract, coach, and retain high-performing sales talent.
Territory Management: optimize territory and resource allocation to meet goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration with FRMs, marketing, training, compliance, and medical affairs.
Comply with all policies and act with integrity.
