Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing Cardiovascular sales team across an assigned market. You will recruit, coach, and develop CSRs, turning new hires into a cohesive, competitive unit while driving region-level business plans and flawless launch execution.

You will leverage analytics and market insights to identify opportunities, translate strategies into local plans, and ensure compliant, data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years first line sales leadership experience in pharma/biopharmaceutical field.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Previous team and new product launch experience in a specialty disease area.
• Experience with market access/reimbursement preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Translate Strategy to Execution by formulating region-level business plans based on market opportunities.
• Analyze market data, KPIs and trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics.
• Lead CSRs to educate physicians and accounts to achieve business goals.
• Direct CSRs in acquisition, expansion and retention of business in the territory.
• Engage and cultivate key accounts to support growth of business objectives.
• Field coaching and mentorship to elevate sales capabilities and clinical knowledge.
• Attract, coach and retain top performers to ensure high-level performance.
• Oversee territory management and resource allocation to meet goals.
• Collaborate with FRMs, marketing, training, compliance and medical affairs for aligned execution.
• Comply with legal/regulatory policies and demonstrate integrity.
