Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager in Baltimore to lead a high-performing Cardiovascular Sales Representative team. You will translate strategy into regional execution, coach field teams, and drive data-driven decisions to meet goals.

You will recruit and develop a new hires, manage a territory, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to launch and sustain business growth with compliant, effective field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or related sales experience.
• 3+ years of first-line sales leadership experience in pharma/biopharmaceutical field.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience with market access/reimbursement preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Proven track record leading sales teams with initiative and accountability.
• Proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Translate Strategy to Execution: form local region plans aligned with national strategies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: analyze market data, KPIs and trends to drive growth.
• Lead CSRs to educate physicians and accounts to achieve goals.
• Direct CSRs in acquisition, expansion and retention in the territory.
• Engage and nurture key accounts to support business objectives.
• Field Coaching & Mentorship: provide real-time feedback to elevate capabilities.
• Attract, coach and retain top performers for high-level execution.
• Territory Management: optimize territory resources and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with FRMs, marketing, training and medical affairs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and professional standards.
