Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Regional Sales Manager in Houston to lead a Cardiovascular Sales team, translate strategy into field execution, and drive growth through data-driven planning and coaching.

You will recruit and develop CSR teams, manage territory and key accounts, and collaborate with FRMs, marketing, training and medical affairs while traveling up to 60%. Requires a Life Sciences/related degree and 8+ years' pharma sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or a related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of first-line sales leadership in pharma/biopharmaceuticals.
• Cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy to execution with region-level business plans.
• Analyze market data and KPIs to drive opportunities and accountability.
• Lead and coach Cardiovascular Sales Representatives to achieve goals.
• Oversee territory management, resource allocation and budgets.
• Collaborate with FRMs, marketing, training, compliance, and medical affairs.
• Ensure compliance and professional conduct across all activities.
