Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales goals, building and coaching a high-performing cardiovascular field sales team in a Dallas market.

You will translate national strategies into region-specific business plans, analyze market data to identify opportunities, and drive accountable performance while collaborating with FRMs, marketing, training, compliance and medical affairs. Requires travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years first-line sales leadership experience in pharma/biopharma.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate it clearly.
• Strong business acumen with data-informed decision making.
• Proficiency with CRM, AI tools and MS Office; travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy to region-level execution and local business plans.
• Lead and coach CSR's to educate physicians and accounts.
• Direct acquisition, expansion and retention of targeted business.
