Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Baltimore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a Cardiovascular Sales Representatives team and drive regional growth. You will translate national strategies into local plans, analyze market data, and ensure flawless execution at launch.

You will recruit, coach and develop field teams, manage accounts and territory performance, and collaborate with FRMs, marketing, training and medical affairs while traveling up to 70% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 6+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience.
• 2+ years first line sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical field.
• Cardiovascular experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy to region-level execution with localized business plans.
• Analyze market data, KPIs, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead a team of Cardiovascular Sales Representatives to educate physicians and accounts.
• Oversee territory management, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Coach CSRs in field calls, provide actionable feedback to elevate capabilities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, marketing, training, compliance and medical affairs.
