Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 8+ years in pharma/biopharmaceutical or related sales.
• 3+ years first-line sales leadership experience in pharma/biopharma.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience with market access/reimbursement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy to execution with localized region plans.
• Analyze market data, KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead CSRs to educate physicians and accounts to achieve goals.
• Direct CSRs in acquisition, expansion and retention of business.
• Engage and cultivate key accounts to support business objectives.
• Field coaching and mentorship to elevate sales capabilities.
• Attract, coach, and retain high-performers in selling skills and compliance.
• Oversee and optimize territory, budget, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, marketing, training, compliance, and medical affairs.
