Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a Cardiovascular field team in Baltimore, driving strategy-to-execution and achieving sales goals.

You will recruit, coach, and empower CSRs, translate national strategies into region-specific plans, and collaborate with FRMs, marketing, and medical affairs while traveling up to 60% to maintain strong key accounts and ensure compliant, ethical selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience.
• 3+ years first line sales leadership experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical field.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience with market access/reimbursement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy to execution with region-level business plans.
• Analyze market data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead a team of Cardiovascular Sales Representatives to educate physicians and accounts.
• Oversee territory management, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with FRMs, marketing, training, compliance, and medical affairs.
