Job summary

Field of Talent is seeking a Regional Business Manager for the Western US and Canada. This on-site, data-driven role focuses on coaching independent dealerships to optimize sales operations, forecast demand, and capture municipal market share across the Western US and Canada.

You will pair field coaching with analytics in Excel and Power BI, presenting reviews to Senior Management, and leading territory plans and major municipal bid efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires strong Excel/Power BI data skills and ability to model forecasts.
• Experience building dealer networks, channel management, or field-based sales roles.
• Experience working with independent dealers and distributors in a B2B context.
• Experience reporting to senior leadership and using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and consult dealer networks to optimize sales operations and increase market share.
• Forecast demand, evaluate dealer performance, and present reviews to senior management.
• Develop territory plans, conduct quarterly business reviews, and support municipal bid presentations.
