Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals seeks a senior territory sales leader for the Western U.S. and Western Canada. This remote, home‑based role travels frequently and partners with senior leadership to grow manufacturer relationships.

You will manage key accounts, pursue new business, and coordinate with engineering and operations to deliver practical solutions. Travel about 2–3 trips monthly; compensation USD 150,000–200,000 annually plus guaranteed bonuses, with potential leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• B2B sales success in window/door industry or related manufacturing.
• Strong relationships with manufacturers and knowledge of the ecosystem.
• Executive-level communication and commercial judgment.
• Comfort working independently in a remote territory and traveling.
• Exposure to window/door hardware or manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with window and door manufacturers and other strategic accounts.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships, expand programs and share of business.
• Identify, pursue and close new manufacturing and extrusion opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and technical teams on practical solutions.
• Represent the business in executive meetings, visits, and industry events.
