Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead the Central territory and shape the TAM organization around performance and accountability in diagnosing CAD. You will hire, train, and coach TAMs to execute growth strategies and partner with physicians to drive adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive pathways.

The RBM will oversee cross-functional initiatives, build strong customer relationships, and ensure program success across strategic accounts while travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience.
• 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience acceptable.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.
• Experience with medical devices or cardiology software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach and develop territory account managers to achieve growth.
• Develop business plans with TAMs and accounts to drive Heartflow adoption.
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive cCTA/FFRct pathway growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams to support customers.
• Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition with presentations.
• Maintain relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders.
