Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Regional Business Manager to shape the TAM organization and build a culture of performance. You will hire, train, coach, and develop territory account managers to expand adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics.

The RBM will partner with TAMs and accounts to deliver education and solutions that increase Heartflow usage. This is a customer-facing role focused on direct sales and collaboration with Cardiologists, Internists, NPs, and PAs to drive

Qualifications

4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, or medical software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Will work cross functionally to create solutions as new opportunities present.
Create progressive programming that disrupts the traditional means to reach ordering physicians who treat and manage patients with CAD.
Will work directly with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway.
In these accounts, the RBM will develop and execute business development plans with the account’s key stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization to support program development and deployments.
Increase Heartflow usage within designated key strategic accounts by maintaining relationships with referring physicians, educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition, and promoting Heartflow.
