Job summary

Heartflow, Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead the Territory Account Manager organization and transform the standard of care in diagnosing CAD.

You will hire, train and coach a TAM team, collaborate with cardiology accounts, and drive growth of Heartflow’s cCTA and FFRct pathway.

This is a customer-facing role requiring travel up to 60% and a track record of sales leadership in medical devices.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years sales/clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in medical device or cardiology sales highly desired.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach and develop TAM team in territory.
• Drive growth and adoption of Heartflow's pathway with accounts.
• Build relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customers and program plans.
• Meet or exceed quota in strategic accounts.
