Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and manage existing accounts within your territory, providing consultative solutions
  • Conduct sales calls to maintain existing business and prospect for new opportunities
  • Work closely with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Oversee product installation to ensure customer satisfaction, including project management tasks like resource coordination and troubleshooting
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program over two years, including travel to headquarters for scheduled training
Compensation

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000

Uncapped Commission (targeted at 100% OTE): approximately $25,000 - $40,000

Supplemental Pay: Uncapped commissions, bonuses, car allowance, expenses

Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, commercial, or industrial sectors
  • Proven success in business development and project management
  • Ability to learn a new industry quickly
  • High initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation
