As a Travel Associate, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring they have memorable experiences tailored to their preferences and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email, or online platforms to understand their travel needs.

Ø Provide expert advice and recommendations based on clients’ budget, preferences, and requirements.

Ø Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Ø Accurately record and confirm all bookings with clients.

Ø Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel plans and address any concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

ü Bachelor’s degree in any field or a background in Travel and Tourism is preferred.

ü 1-5 years of experience in travel consulting, sales, or customer service (freshers with a passion for travel may also apply).

ü Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.

ü Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for travel.

ü Good knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and services.

ü Ability to multitask and manage bookings efficiently while working independently.

ü Attention to detail and accuracy in managing client itineraries.

ü Basic proficiency in computer systems and travel booking platforms.
