About the Role

We’re looking for part-time Business Development Specialists with a sharp eye for emerging trends, a deep network, and a talent for connecting the right people at the right time. This is a flexible opportunity that rewards initiative, insight, and access.

Ideal for:

  • Freelancers, consultants, and connectors with strong industry relationships
  • Influencers, reps, or advisors who know when a brand is ready for PR
  • Media-savvy professionals who understand what makes a brand newsworthy
  • Recent grads or early-career professionals eager to grow in sales and business development

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify up-and-coming brands and founders ready for growth
  • Develop a pipeline of high-value leads and partnerships
  • Make strategic introductions to our agency team
  • Deliver compelling presentations and communicate our unique value
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach to pitch
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Passion for business development and an interest in wellness, food, or lifestyle brands
  • Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with business owners
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to cold call, network, and attend industry events
  • Base salary + commission
  • Part-time: Start at 25 hours/week with the potential to grow to 40 hours/week based on performance
  • Expected earnings: $42K+ annually, with top performers earning $90K+
  • Stipend for dining and transportation to events
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
