Job summary

Greenlight Networks is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across MDU/MTE and SMC segments in the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey footprint. You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with developers, owners, and property managers while collaborating with marketing, operations, and technical teams.

The role requires 2+ years of field sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in identifying, prospecting, developing and closing new accounts.
• Proven track record managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and generate new MTE/MDU and SMC sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, property managers, and commercial decision-makers.
• Own the full sales cycle for SMC accounts: discovery, proposals, presentations, negotiation, closing.
