Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of direct leadership experience in sales or operations roles.
• Experience presenting data-driven strategies to executive leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive MDU sales penetration growth across markets.
• Own franchise of MDU channel performance, strategy, tools, reporting, and incentives.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and implement them.
• Build sales plans with data to measure outcomes and effectiveness.
• Oversee contracts, ensure clear communication in field and office.
• Collaborate with operations to sustain a healthy network.
• Grow relationships with partners across metro areas.
• Lead residential direct sales strategy with local management.
• Ensure monthly sales targets via staffing, deployment, and training.
• Develop front-line policies to protect and grow the business.
• Oversee commission plans and incentive programs.
