Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in multifamily real estate, telecom infrastructure sales, proptech, or MDU agreements.
• Strong NYC-area real estate relationships.
• Experience working with institutional ownership and management groups.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target multifamily owners, developers, and property management firms.
• Secure building-wide access agreements and bulk Internet partnerships.
• Negotiate long-term license agreements.
