Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a driven sales representative to prospect and close business with residents in non-bulk MDU properties through door-to-door visits, lobby events, and strong relationships with property managers. You will meet monthly sales goals and expand service penetration by adding new offerings.

The role requires mobility, willingness to work outside in various weather, and the ability to travel to assigned territories using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service – 1+ years.
• Knowledge of communications technologies and services is preferred.
• Previous sales success or cold-calling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk MDU areas.
• Meet monthly sales goals and increase sales volume within assigned properties.
• Solicit residential customers through door-to-door efforts and lobby events.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding new services to existing customers.
• Respond to customer problems and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor pricing and marketing directions.
