Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Proven success meeting sales goals and growing customer relationships.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Solid business acumen in pricing, margins, forecasting, and market trends.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth through new business and account expansion.
• Grow partnerships across retail, distribution, foodservice, and produce channels.
• Build a strong pipeline through prospecting and market development.
