International Search Consultants is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across assigned territories in Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina. You will expand key customer relationships, build new accounts, and represent the company at industry events.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or business development, strong relationship skills, and comfort with travel up to 50%. A background in fresh produce or foodservice is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience.
• Proven success meeting sales goals and growing customer relationships.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Solid business acumen in pricing, margins, forecasting, and market trends.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth through new business and account expansion.
• Grow customer partnerships across retail, distribution, foodservice, and produce channels.
• Build a strong pipeline through prospecting and market development.
• Manage sales targets, forecasts, reporting, and CRM activity.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams and represent the organization at customer and industry events.
