Job summary
Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a field-based commercial sales team and drive the growth of a rare disease product.
You will develop regional business plans, recruit and mentor a KAM-focused team, and build relationships with hospitals/IDNs to optimize access and adoption. Reporting to the National Business Director, you will craft payer-ready presentations, monitor performance indicators, and ensure patient pull-through initiatives.
Qualifications
- Requires 10+ years in Life Sciences.
- 4+ years first-line sales leadership in hospital/IDN settings.
- Experience launching rare disease or oncology products.
Responsibilities
- Lead a field-based sales team to drive regional strategy and performance.
- Develop and execute regional business plans and launch strategies.
- Build relationships with key influencers including C-suite to support patient access and treatment adoption.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and succession planning to create a high-performing team.
- Analyze market dynamics and account performance to optimize regional execution.
