Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing field-based sales team and support the growth of a biopharmaceutical launch. You will develop and execute regional business strategies, drive sales performance, and foster partnerships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to deliver patient access and durable commercial results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in Life Sciences.
• 4+ years of first-line sales leadership in hospital systems/IDNs.
• Experience as a launch leader in rare disease/oncology markets.
• Strong background in oncology or specialty therapeutics.
• Deep understanding of P&T committee processes and formulary dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach and lead launches.
• Experience leading cross-functional launch readiness initiatives with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Operations.

• Hire, develop, train, coach, assess, motivate and retain a high-performing regional sales team.
• Develop and implement regional business plans aligned to a successful product launch.
• Build and execute strategic account plans with KAMs and engage C-suite and key influencers.
• Present clinical, pharmaco-economic and business materials to stakeholders as needed.
• Analyze regional product performance and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Drive patient pull-through initiatives, access strategies, and reimbursement support.
• Monitor market dynamics and adjust regional strategies to maximize commercial results.
