Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales with field sales management and product launch experience.
• Experience leading multi-channel sales with strong pharmacy-related outcomes.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and align teams toward goals.
• Strong strategic/analytical skills using secondary data and payer data.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management, coaching, and leadership to Institutional Business Managers.
• Develop and implement business plans for assigned regions and next-best actions.
• Execute overall strategy for the Institutional Franchise.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to optimize field force alignment.
• Drive new ideas for customer engagements via virtual and face-to-face selling.
• Build a diverse, high-performing team and retain top talent.
• Ensure product strategies are communicated and executed as planned.
• Support CRM/ACE platform for customer relationship management and reporting.
