Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ related experience, or 4 years’ related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate and timely project registration, billing, collection and procurement.
• Prepare timely billing for routine and non-routine projects in accordance with contracts and internal controls.
• Maintain billing schedule and draft invoices for review and approval.
• Process WIP removals, collections, and escalation to meet deadlines.
• Create and maintain electronic project files and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budget management and change order postings.
