Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to provide multi-site technical leadership with focus on end-to-end process auditing, QMS execution, sanitation, water treatment, startups and corrective actions.

The role partners with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Corporate teams to verify controls are executed as designed, resolve recurring issues, close audit findings, and build plant capability through training and standardization.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, food science, microbiology, chemistry or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical, engineering, quality, or manufacturing experience in food/beverage manufacturing; multi-site support preferred.
• SQF/HACCP knowledge and training required; GMPs and GFSI familiarity beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site technical leadership and hands-on support across plants.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for technical issues.
• Partner with plant teams, suppliers, and OEMs to implement sustainable solutions and standardize best practices.
• Lead end-to-end process audits and verify QMS compliance across facilities.
• Develop, implement, and close corrective actions arising from audits and inspections.
• Lead training to operators, technicians, supervisors and Quality personnel.
