Job summary

Real is seeking a Senior Analyst, Regional Benefits Operations to lead the U.S. employee benefits programs across health, retirement, leave, and wellness.

The role focuses on enrollment cycles, data accuracy, vendor coordination, and ongoing portal maintenance, ensuring a high-quality employee experience. You will drive analytics initiatives, build dashboards, and partner with HR and vendors on policy decisions, while leveraging advanced Excel skills and working with systems like Workday, Oracle

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of US benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle Cloud, ADP, ServiceNow.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and enrollment processes.

Senior Analyst, Regional Benefits Operations

• Lead administration and communication of U.S. employee benefits programs, including health & welfare plans, retirement plans, leave of absence, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs for a large workforce.


• Manage benefits operations and vendor relationships, including annual enrollment, retirement administration, employee escalations, data accuracy, invoice reconciliation, and benefits portal maintenance.


• Drive process improvement and analytics initiatives by leveraging data, technology, reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate across HR, vendors, and business stakeholders while leading projects and supporting benefits-related policy decisions.


• Requires 6-8+ years of U.S. benefits administration experience with strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, retirement plans, and health & welfare benefits in a corporate environment.


• Must have advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle Cloud, ADP, ServiceNow, and benefits vendors. Strong communication, customer service, and project management skills are highly valued.
