Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Saint Peters, MO, is seeking a patient-centered technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient center. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday schedules between 7am and 7pm, with shifts 8 hours long and some variation based on center needs.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to other area centers on short notice are required. You will provide patient care, monitor responses, maintain accurate records, and support insurance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree or equivalent clinical certification with relevant patient care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel to all centers in the region; reliable transportation is mandatory.
• BLS certification is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine, monitor responses, record scales, address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR; manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Support operational efficiency; assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Travel to all centers as required; reliable transportation is mandatory.
