Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a regional Patient-Centered Technician to support our St. Louis centers. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patients, and coordinate visits across multiple locations.

This role requires travel within the region and a strong commitment to compassionate patient care. We offer training, a structured benefits package, and a competitive hourly wage starting at $22-$24, with Monday-Friday schedules and eight-hour shifts.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent with care/service experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate degree or clinical certification with 1+ year in care.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHRs and basic CRM software; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver TMS or esketamine per provider protocols and monitor patients.
• Collect informed consent, administer rating scales, and track progress.
• Assist with scheduling, checkouts, and insurance/billing workflows.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; document sessions in EHR.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations; escalate concerns.
