Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support TMS and esketamine therapies across Chicago-area centers. The role involves direct patient care, intake coordination, and maintaining detailed clinical records.

Travel between Chicago centers is required; strong communication and healthcare service experience are essential. Full-time, Mon-Fri schedule with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare experience or internship preferred.
• Stable and consistent work history.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS and esketamine treatments according to clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and document outcomes.
• Coordinate patient flow and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and assist with billing when needed.
