Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, based in Towson, MD, seeks a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient centers. You will monitor patient responses, document outcomes, and support scheduling and billing under supervision.

The role offers full-time, Monday–Friday hours (8-hour shifts between 7am–7pm), with travel between clinic locations as needed. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and healthcare experience are preferred, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems (AdvancedMD or Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines, monitor responses, and record ratings.
• Maintain accurate EHR, handle patient scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operations.
